Margot Walsh spoke at Congressman Pallone’s press conference at the Keyport waterfront to support the Congressman’s legislation that would provide grants to communities to construct Living Shorelines through the application of natural resources like dune grass to curtail erosion, create biodiversity, and improve water quality.
